13th June 2008 – Final programme and complete meeting schedule available.
18th June 2008 – Early registration deadline
10th - 12th September 2008 – PEF IADR 2008 Scientific Meeting

Travel stipends and BSDR Bursaries
The Continental European Division (CED) of IADR are offering travel stipends for those from the Central Eastern and Eastern part of Europe and Turkey to attend the PEF meeting in London this year. The selection of these stipends will be based on a competition for the best submitted abstracts for a poster, poster discussion, or an oral presentation. The British Society for Dental Research (BSDR) operates a bursary fund for registered students within the British Divsion to attend the forthcoming PEF meeting in London.  These limited bursaries will be allocated on the basis that the £150 registration fees will be covered for all students applying, with the possibility of limiting the total cash allocation per school, if required.  Students attending the meeting from outside London may also receive additional help with travelling costs, but again this may be limited dependent upon numbers applying per school and overall demand for bursaries.

Applications must include

2. Abstract title
3. Dental School or Research Institution
4. Supervisor
5. Details of funding requested
6. Payee and address for cheques to be sent to

The PEF IADR Conference will take place at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QE11), from Wednesday 10 to Friday 12 September 2008.

Registration is now open for the conference and the call for papers will shortly be going live. Keep checking the website for the latest news regarding programme, speakers and social events.

The PEF is a major force within IADR, and the place for European Dental and Oral Scientists to meet colleagues, exchange the latest information and build successful European networks. The particular strengths of the PEF meeting format means that we can promise a memorable meeting with:
